Manager en restauration
Le manager en restauration est poste avec beaucoup de responsabilités, il supervise d’un côté les cuisines et de l’autre la salle en réceptionnant les clients. Au niveau de la cuisine, il fait en sorte que tout soit bien organisé pour que toutes les parties prenantes du restaurant puissent travailler comme la gestion des stocks, les approvisionnements. Puis, il s’assure que la clientèle soit satisfaite du service proposé dans le but la fidéliser. Le manager en restauration est aussi amené à recruter le personnel du restaurant que ce soit saisonnier ou permanent.
